Replacement of The Water Pant located on Hughes Road between Sagecanyon and Sageyork.

This facility was constructed in 1972 and has served the district for 50 years, the galvanized ground storage exceeded its life expectancy by 15 years and now needs to be replaced.

The electrical control systems were also nearing their life expectancies and also require upgrading.

The entire facility except for the well has been demolished and is currently being reconstructed.

W.W. Payton Corporation is the contractor for this project and completion is scheduled for the fall of 2023.

Partial replacement of the sewer system again the areas the were incurring the most sewer line breaks were addressed first. Texas Pride Utilities was the contractor for this project.

Partial water line replacement, the drought in 2011 caused the system to fail in many areas of the utility district, areas that incurred the most line breaks were addressed first. AIMS Companies was the contractor for this project.
